Who we are

Tailored is a product of Wesrow, a company based in Austin, Texas. When this policy refers to "we," "us," or "our," it means Wesrow

What we collect

When you sign up for Tailored, we collect:

• Name and email address — so we can reach you about your beta access.
• Event description — the optional text you provide about what's coming up, used to prioritize onboarding.

When you use the Tailored app, we also collect:

• Wardrobe data — photos and descriptions of clothing items you share with the app.
• Conversation history — your messages with Tailored, used to personalize recommendations.
• Style preferences — fit, taste, and context information you share over time.

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Tailored experience:

• To generate personalized outfit recommendations based on your wardrobe and preferences.
• To remember your style context across conversations.
• To communicate with you about the service.
• To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal data to third parties.
• We never share your wardrobe photos or conversation content with other users.
• We never use your data for advertising or ad targeting.
• We never retain your data after you request deletion.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies that ensure only you can access your own data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Third-party services

Tailored uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and serverless functions.
• Anthropic — AI language model used to generate style recommendations. Conversation content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing but is not used to train their models.
• OpenAI — AI language model used for visual analysis and style recommendations. Content is sent to OpenAI's API for processing but is not used to train their models.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Vercel Web Analytics — anonymous page view metrics (pages visited, referrer, browser, country). No cookies are used and no personal data is collected.
• Apple TestFlight — beta app distribution.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as you have an active account. You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app, or by emailing josh@wesrow.co. We will complete any email-requested deletion within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Tailored is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through the app. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
