Agreement

By accessing wesrow.co or using the Tailored app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Wesrow ("we," "us," "our").

The service

Tailored is a personal style advisory app currently available as early access through Apple TestFlight. The service provides outfit recommendations and style guidance based on your wardrobe, preferences, and context.

As an early access product, Tailored is provided "as is." Features may change, and the service may experience interruptions. We're building in the open and appreciate your patience.

Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Tailored. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep your contact information current.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you share with Tailored, including wardrobe photos, messages, and preference data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide and improve the Tailored experience for you.

We will never use your content for purposes unrelated to the service, and we will never share your personal content with other users or third parties for marketing purposes.

Acceptable use

Use Tailored for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to harass others. Don't submit content that violates any law or infringes on anyone's rights.

Style advice disclaimer

Tailored provides style suggestions, not guarantees. Recommendations are generated by an AI system informed by your preferences and context. Results may vary. We're not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on Tailored's recommendations.

Tailored does not have affiliate relationships with any retailers. Product suggestions, when provided, are based on fit and style criteria, not financial incentives.

Intellectual property

The Tailored app, wesrow.co website, and all associated branding, design, and technology are the property of Wesrow You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wesrow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Tailored. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (which, during the free early access period, is zero).

Termination

You can stop using Tailored at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you can request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
